Orders and Shipping

The Ordering Process

Once you have completed the checkout process and your payment has been successfully processed, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the items you have ordered.

Please keep the Order Confirmation email safe as this will include details of your order and will be the proof of purchase of your item.

Non-acceptance of an order

Grand Seiko Boutique reserves the right not to accept an order in the event of one of the following:

  • The item you ordered is out of stock
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error on the website
  • Your order does not pass our verification checks

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will issue you a refund for the item.

We reserve the right to limit the number of limited edition or special edition items one individual can order, in order to allow all our clients the opportunity to place their order once the watches become available. If you choose to place multiple orders for the same limited release watch, we will notify you via email and issue you a refund for the orders which we are not willing to fulfil.

Shipping

Grand Seiko Boutique offers free shipping to anywhere in South Africa for all orders.

All items in stock will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days of receiving a cleared payment for the order.

All orders are shipped via reputable and secure courier services.  

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel has been scanned into the courier's depot. The email will also contain a link where you can track your order delivery.

Click and Collect

We also offer free Click & Collect at our Seiko Boutique stores. 

Simply click on the "STORE PICKUP" button in your shopping cart, and select the store you'd like to collect from by selecting from our list of pick up locations.

Please note that if you'd like to select the Click & Collect option,  you need to do so in the VIEW CART page before checking out.
